Main focus: Growth into new countries and global cooperation

Katrine (1969) has more than 20 years of executive management experience in the retail industry. Her know-how is accumulated from building international businesses in Latvia. She is passionate about people and value-based leadership. Katrine has shown that business goals can be successfully combined with value creation for employees and society.
Her strong sides are strategic management, building of structures and relationship. Katrine is the initiator of MOT in Latvia and holds the Chair of MOT Latvia from 2016-2020.
In paralel to work in MOT Foundation, Katrine is also taking positions in Supervisory boards in “Latvian Children’s University hospital” and “Narvesen Latvia”.
