Sometimes we can feel frustrated about the things we’re not able to do, the things we worry about and the things we’re wishing for that we’ll never get. Sometimes we feel empty and lonely. It is natural and something everyone will feel once in a while. So what can we do to get out of this mood?
The flashlight is one of MOT’s tools and can be used every day. to help to focus on the positive. What has been good today? What am I grateful for today? What have I managed to do? Maybe we need to be better at acknowledging ourselves for the things we accomplish instead of focusing on the things we’re not able to do.
In the end, it’s all about where we want to put our energy and focus.
