Admiring good school leaders
The last two weeks I have been coaching 19 school leaders individually.
It inspires me to see the way they all use and want to use MOT as a tool to strengthen the culture between the teachers, the teacher as a class leader and creating teachers who are role models to each other and the students.
It also inspires me to see how passionate they all are. They have a burning desire for the purpose of the school and they want all the best for the young ones.
