Today, MOT has a sustainable concept and brand profile structure. This sustainable structure is developed over more than 15 years, among others trough learning from the world’s best brands.
The development of MOT’s Comprehensive System and the way to implement it has had many sources of inspiration, and especially IKEA/Ingvar Kamprad and mentoring conversations with Odd Reitan about good management structure and franchising.
Franchise is a method for distribution of comprehensive business concepts. Franchisor owns, develops, tests and documents a complete business concept and gives a local driver, a franchisee, the right to establish and operate. Franchisor is obligated to transfer necessary knowledge and ongoing support to franchisee.Franchisor is the owner of the concept and the elements which together make up the franchising system. Franchisee is a business which trough the franchise agreement gets the rights to establish and run a franchise and manage the brand. Through a franchise agreement, one will benefit from franchisor’s experience, training and assistance. A franchise concept involves given, invariable frames on how to run the business.
It is with great awareness we have built MOT as a “humanitarian franchise” where MOT’s Comprehensive System has been the success elixir until now. MOT’s success so far has been due to that MOT has appeared uniform, consistent, clear and recognizable locally and globally – regardless of school, local community and country.
