What an inspirational year we are putting behind us!
From being in a state of deep cold winter to flourishing, sparkling ideas on global work – we are coming much closer to our dream of being one MOT. We are very excited to come together to use all the knowledge, passion and potential that is just waiting to be acted upon.
One central turning point was the global meeting in September, when many of us finally managed to meet face-to-face for the first time since the pandemic hit. The magic that happened during those days in Trondheim truly set the course of MOT’s future.
Since then MOT has faced a time of transition. MOT global is becoming a reality through creating common areas or active sharing and mutual support.
We are building the future MOT as a self-organizing structure that is dynamic, inclusive and flexible. And even more important – we want to invite youth to build this future MOT with us.
Our ambitions and dreams are big! We are very excited to see what the next chapter holds.
