After a 2-year pandemic break, education for the Young MOTivators could finally take place. A total of 50 young leaders from 11 MOT schools participated. We are very pleased that slowly MOT programme is returning to a fair extent and that the Young MOTivators will increase the presence of MOT values in their schools.
We feel thrilled to announce that nearly 2 months of the selection phase of new CEO of MOT Latvia has been completed. It was the first such extended and professional contest in MOT Latvia’s history. A professional and experienced HR specialist was invited to support us with evaluating candidates and conducting interviews. A total of 43 (!) applicants, 12 were selected for round II, for round III there were 6, and two arrived at the top of the final. Congratulations to Ruta Masalska on winning the contest and MOT the takeover of the leadership baton 2023. 1 February.
And last but not least on 9 December we have organized a MOTy Christmas party for MOT enthusiasts. There was a story of courage and inspiration by MOT Ambassador Karlis Bardelis, an unexpected turnaround lottery, a great deal of laughter and common pleasure. 35 MOT coaches participated in the event. Huge thanks to Rita for the initiative and organisation!
