What creates a good culture within an organisation?
A good leader is good at leading themselves and inspires others to do the same and to contribute to the team the organisation wants to create.
In March, MOT Norway had two “Courage to lead” gatherings for our business partners. As in the classroom, we believe that strengthening individuals’ values and making them aware of their power as role models also will have an impact on how leaders run their organisation. Value-based leadership and the impact of building robust work environments where everybody feels included is absolute key.
The gathering consisted of three days at MOT camp, with a focus on leading oneself, leading others and leading the organisation.
The feedback we got demonstrates how the MOT philosophy is an universal tool that is relevant for both youth, schools and business leaders.
