2022 has been a year of consolidation in MOT Denmark. We have landed after a pandemic and faced the realities of the war in Ukraine. Planning for the years to come and scaling our organization has been exciting and instructive.
We have a new brand strategy as we saw that the time is mature for a change in order to stay current in the eyes of youth and thereby be the strongest competitor possible on the market of youth’s mental health.
This new strategy has been well received and we are starting a process with a new website together with MOT Norway in the beginning of 2023. This will be scalable for the other countries too.
We have hired Sofie Kruuse in order to prioritize funding and CSR-partners. She has a “go-getter” attitude and is aware of the importance of taking care of our loyal and current partners. We are happy to have her on the team. 2023 will bring more people into the team and we are looking forward to strengthening MOT Denmark all around.
We had a great board meeting on 14th December that ended with a Christmas dinner at our Brand Ambassadors restaurant Capa in Copenhagen. We were all together – MOT Denmark team and board.
