MOT strengthens youth's
robustness and quality of life

MOT is a youth and society builder. MOT strengthens youth's robustness, quality of life, mental health, awareness and courage. MOT prevents exclusion, bullying, violence, alcohol and drug abuse, crime and mental problems. What makes MOT unique is MOT's brand, the programmes, the enthusiasts and that youth use MOT in their own way. MOT's initiators are the former Norwegian top athletes Atle Vårvik and Johann O. Koss.

The MOT Concept

MOT's life skills concept is founded on the purpose to create a safer society through strengthening youth's robustness, awareness and courage – courage to live, courage to care and courage to say no. The MOT Concept is like a key-card that is lent to schools, municipalities and countries on a partnership premise.

MOT's Programmes

A major part of the MOT Concept is the five documented effective and specially designed programmes used by schools and municipalities. MOT's main activity areas are in secondary and upper secondary schools. MOT promotes safe school environments where all are included. A significant part of the MOT Programmes is the recruitment and education of self-moving MOT coaches, school leaders and leaders in municipalities.
