Energy giving body language. The best recruitment ever!
This week Sigrun and I had our whole day session at MOT-camp about MOT’s identity, values, principles and mission, during MOT Norway’s basic education and value-based leadership development.
About 40 participants attended and 50 % of them were MOT-coaches and the other 50 % was school and municipality leaders. It was a great to feel the good atmosphere and we felt that these people were perfect for MOT. All of them gave a lot of energy from 8 o’clock in the morning until seven o’clock in the evening. Sigrun and I were both really happy when we went home. It’s very inspiring and motivating when the MOT-countries recruit in the right way.
