COURAGE TO CARE DAY
Monday, 23rd of November is the annual Courage To Care Day; all about expressing kindness to friends, family, and strangers. Spread as much joy as possible to the people around you. It doesn’t have to be complicated.
Cook dinner for your family, share a photo of your friend on social media letting them know you appreciate them and smile to the stranger on the bus. Let somebody know you are thinking about them and say hello to somebody new.
This year has been extra tough for many, so small sparks of joy could make a major and important difference in somebody’s day.
Joy is contagious, and you have got the power to be somebody’s reason to smile.
