MOT Latvia’s active season started in August, when we led two basic educations for a record-breaking, over 80 new MOT enthusiasts. We also arranged a fantastic annual gathering of MOT enthusiasts to be most motivated for the new school year. As the new school year starts on September 1, MOT Latvia is proud to have 70 MOT schools, 309 MOT coaches and around 15,000 students in the programme.
MOT Latvia board members as well as the management group are extremely grateful to MOT Norway for the warm reception at the MOT camp and the invitation to the gathering of MOT Norway enthusiasts. These days will remain a special memory for all of us. We are sure that this visit will allow the our board members to make the right decisions for the future development of MOT Latvia.
However, there have been significant changes in the management of MOT Latvia – October 4 was the last working day for CEO Marta Karlsone. For personal reasons, she is resigning. Guess who is taking over again?? Yes, Ilze! Ilze has set up a management team and, along with Rita and 2 fantastic MOT coaches Anna and Linda are safe to cope with the challenges.
