MOT Norway celebrated the 25th anniversary on the Enthusiast Gathering

The 8th of September 650 MOT enthusiasts got together for this year’s Enthusiast Gathering. It was a huge event to be able to celebrate that MOT has been a society builder in Norway for 25 years. Being able to have such a grand birthday celebration with that many incredible people on the MOT team was pure magic.

Several speakers inspired the participants and illustrated why MOT’s work is important in society. In the workshops the MOT coaches worked on specific feedback that we will use to strengthen the Robust Youth programme this upcoming year. We asked which stories and exercises they felt were successful, as well as what they struggled with and what they would want to replace these with.

MOT Norway are also very proud that representatives from the MOT Foundation, MOT Denmark and MOT Latvia were present for the gathering. Sharing the experience with them was an extra energy boost for us.

During the evening show, MOT’s history was a main theme and many of our ambassador artists through the times preformed on stage and told their stories of why they felt it had been impactful to be a MOT ambassador. The evening’s biggest surprise was that Norway’s most successful artist and MOT ambassador Chris Holsten came and held a private concert for us. WHAT an atmosphere! We are so proud to have ambassadors like him on the team.
